CutPilot is an offline sheet-cutting and material-planning Android application provided by FOODNMORE LLC, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is stored, and what happens when you choose to export data or contact support.

When you create or edit projects, the app processes the information you provide, including project names, material selections, sheet dimensions, cut-piece names, dimensions, quantities, blade kerf and edge-trim settings, optional sheet prices, currency labels, layout positions, and project modification dates. This information is used locally to calculate and display suggested cutting layouts, estimated sheet usage and costs, saved projects, and reports. You control the names and notes you enter; please avoid including sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

The app also stores local preferences such as whether onboarding was completed, appearance/theme selection, and the chosen country for new-project defaults. It does not require a user account.

Project records and saved layout information are stored in the app's private Room/SQLite database. Basic preferences are stored locally using Android SharedPreferences. The Android project reviewed for this policy does not request the INTERNET permission and does not integrate a cloud backend, online analytics, or an advertising SDK. The app does not automatically upload project information to FOODNMORE LLC or its servers.

If you choose to create a PDF cutting report, CSV placement list, or JSON backup, the app uses the Android system document picker to write that file to a destination you select. A JSON backup includes project and cut-piece records; saved manual layout adjustments are not included in the current JSON backup format. Exported files are not automatically deleted when you delete data inside the app. If you save or share a file through another service, that service may process it under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you select and restore a backup, the app reads the selected file and replaces the existing local project records after your confirmation. Restoring can remove existing saved layouts. Please keep a copy of any information you wish to preserve.

The app's current AndroidManifest.xml does not request internet access, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or broad storage permissions. User-selected document access is handled through Android's Storage Access Framework. The app uses locally packaged artwork and material reference presets rather than loading external imagery while in use.

If you tap Contact Support, an installed email application may open with a message addressed to info@foodnmore.online. You choose whether to send that email. The app does not send emails automatically. Information you voluntarily include in a support email, such as your name, email address, device details, or issue description, will be processed by your chosen email provider and may be received by FOODNMORE LLC for support purposes. Your workflow or cutting projects are not attached automatically.

The app itself does not automatically share locally stored projects with the developer, advertising networks, or analytics providers. You may independently share exported files or support emails with recipients you choose. Those sharing actions and the services you select are outside the app's local storage controls.

App-private data is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security controls of your device. The app does not claim that all stored or exported files are end-to-end encrypted. If you export a report or backup, protect that file appropriately, particularly when saving it to shared storage or another provider. The app disables Android's automatic app-backup setting; there is no developer-operated cloud synchronization or remote recovery service.

Locally stored projects and preferences remain on your device until you delete projects, clear the app's data through Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling normally removes app-private local data. Backups and reports you exported to locations outside the app are controlled separately and must be deleted from those locations by you. You can remove individual projects using the app's project controls. A backup restore can replace your local project data. Support emails are managed through your email provider and any support correspondence with FOODNMORE LLC; to request deletion of information you voluntarily emailed to support, contact info@foodnmore.online.

CutPilot is a general productivity tool intended for material planning and is not designed specifically for children under 13. The app does not contain an account-creation system or behavioral advertising SDK.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's functionality or data handling changes. The updated policy will state its effective date and be made available in the app and on the app's public privacy-policy page.
